Have your first voice conversation
30 minutes of unstructured talking trains the parts of your voice no archive can capture — the way you reason, the things you push back on, the jokes you make.
LinkedIn posts capture how you write. Conversations capture how you think. We need both.
A voice conversation in Replacer is a relaxed, unstructured exchange with an agent that asks about your work, your industry, your beliefs, and the things that get you fired up. There are no right answers. The agent is taking notes on your patterns: how you frame problems, what you're contrarian about, the metaphors you reach for, the words you avoid.
What to expect
The first conversation runs about 30 minutes. Your only job is to talk like you would to a smart colleague who's getting up to speed. You can:
- Type or speak — both work, both produce equally good signal.
- Disagree with the agent's framings — that's some of the highest-signal data we get.
- Drop links to things you've said elsewhere — podcasts, talks, posts.
- End early if you need to. Three short conversations beat one marathon.
What the agent is listening for
- Tone & register — how formal you are, when you swear, how you handle uncertainty.
- Vocabulary — the words you reach for, the ones you reject, your metaphor habits.
- Structure — sentence length, how you build an argument, how you transition between points.
- Perspective — what frames you bring to problems, what timeframes you think in.
- Topics & expertise — what you know cold, what you defer on, what you're learning.
After each conversation, your voice score updates and you'll see specific observations the agent extracted. You can correct or remove anything that doesn't sound like you — that feedback loops back into the next conversation.
When to do it
Right after your LinkedIn upload finishes processing. The agent will be informed by your archive, which means smarter questions and faster convergence. Three conversations across two weeks puts most founders into the "trained" tier.
