What is the voice readiness scorecard?

Your agent will tell you when you've hit the threshold — and will guide conversations toward filling any gaps.

Can I review everything before it goes out?

Absolutely. Nothing is published or sent without your explicit approval. Every draft flows through a content queue where you can approve, edit, or reject. As your confidence grows, you can increase the autonomy level.

What are the plans?

Three tiers, all with full access to AI conversations, voice training, content generation, and the approval workflow. Tiers differ on brief quota:

What happens during the 14-day free trial?

Full access to whichever plan you pick — AI conversations, 5-dimension voice training, content generation, and the approval workflow. Trial accounts are capped at 3 briefs total during the 14 days. Your card is collected upfront so service continues seamlessly when the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

What if I go over my brief quota?

Overages are billed per additional brief at the end of your billing period — no service interruption. Per-brief overage rates: Solo $25, Founder $18, Scale $12. If you’re consistently over, upgrading is almost always the better deal.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes — annual billing is 20% off on every tier, prepaid. Solo $1,908/yr ($159/mo), Founder $4,788/yr ($399/mo), Scale $9,588/yr ($799/mo). Same brief quotas, same features — just lower price for committing up front.

What if a draft doesn’t sound like me?

Every brief includes 3 free regenerations. After that, if your voice score is below threshold, we route you into a free voice tune-up flow — the agent asks targeted questions to sharpen your profile, and regenerations stay free until your voice catches up. If your voice score is already strong, additional regenerations are $1 each. We don’t want you stuck paying for content that doesn’t sound like you.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel anytime from your settings page — two clicks, no calls, no retention games. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period.

Can I use Replacer for multiple companies?

Each subscription trains one voice profile for one brand. If you run multiple companies, each would need its own account. This keeps the voice model focused and ensures the highest content quality for each brand.

Is my data secure?

Your conversations and voice profile data are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with other users or use it to train models for anyone else. Your voice profile is yours alone.
